A payment was recorded by the bank at the time of purchase, in order to check that there was enough money in your account, this does however not mean that the money will be deducted from your account. If you have cancelled the payment, the reserved amount will disappear after a few working days, and after this, the funds in your account will return to normal.
If you have not provided a correct sort code, account number or given a wrong reference number, the recipient will not be able to receive and match your payment. You can either update your invoice on Billhop and resend it, or cancel it and get your money back from Billhop. Please contact our customer service team in cases where your payment has gone through, but the recipient has not received your payment, at email@example.com.
This could mean either that you do not have sufficient funds on your card, or that the card information provided is incorrect. Please make sure the information provided is correct and that you have enough funds on your card. If this doesn’t help, please contact our customer service.
