Make sure you have photos that can verify your identity. This can be a picture of your National ID, passport or driving license. You will also need a proof of address on hand. Please note that we require two distinct documents - one to verify your identity and another to confirm your address.

For Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club credit cards, your energy supplier will be paid 2 business days after your card is charged while AMEX credit cards require 4 business days after your card is charged to be paid out to your energy supplier.
