Give your accounts payable a much needed boost by combining payments and uploading multiple invoices at once. Here's a step-by-step guide on how you to upload batch files on Billhop's easy-to-use platform.

Step 1

Once you have logged into your Billhop account, navigate to Payments on your left menu bar and click on Add payments

Step 2

Click on File import. You can then download the excel file template to input the details of your all your invoices.

Step 3

Input invoice details in the excel file. You can include as many payments as you like. Once you have included all the invoices to be paid, you can upload the excel file to the Add payments page by dragging it to the file drop area.

Do note that in addition to our excel format, we also support XML and CSV file uploads.

Download Transaction History

To download your past transactions and invoices for your reconciliation and reporting needs, simply follow these quick steps -

• Once you’ve logged into your Billhop account, click on “Reports” in the Menu bar;
• Select the date range of the payments you would like to download;
• You can choose to download your transaction history as an excel sheet or a PDF document;
• Click on “Generate report” to download your transaction history.
