
Give your accounts payable a much needed boost by combining payments and uploading multiple invoices at once. Here's a step-by-step guide on how you to upload batch files on Billhop's easy-to-use platform.
Once you have logged into your Billhop account, navigate to Payments on your left menu bar and click on Add payments
Click on File import. You can then download the excel file template to input the details of your all your invoices.
Input invoice details in the excel file. You can include as many payments as you like. Once you have included all the invoices to be paid, you can upload the excel file to the Add payments page by dragging it to the file drop area.
Do note that in addition to our excel format, we also support XML and CSV file uploads.
